- Vehicle and deal details: vehicle of interest, VIN or stock number, written dealership offers, listings, trade-in and financing preferences, and notes you provide.
- Basic technical data such as device and usage information from our website.
How we use it
We use your information to evaluate your deal, communicate with dealerships on your behalf, negotiate the transaction, process your $300 service fee, and respond to your questions.
Sharing with dealerships
To negotiate, we necessarily share limited information with dealerships — typically the vehicle you want and the terms being negotiated. We do not sell your personal information, and we are not paid by dealerships for referrals or leads.
Payment information
Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Retention
We retain deal records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and may request details about how it has been used or disclosed. Contact us to make a request.
