The Guarantee

Have a Written Offer? We'll Try to Beat It by $1,000.

You're not paying us $300 just to hear that your current deal is already good. We review the offer first — and if we can't realistically improve it by $1,000, we refund you.

The $1,000 Better-Deal Guarantee

Have a Written Offer? We'll Try to Beat It by $1,000.

You're not paying us $300 just to tell you that your current deal is already good.

If you provide a qualifying written dealership offer, we'll review it before proceeding.

If we believe we can realistically improve that offer by at least $1,000, we'll take on the negotiation.

If we determine that we cannot reasonably beat it by $1,000, we'll tell you upfront and refund your $300.

What it does and doesn't cover

Clear boundaries, in plain language.

The guarantee applies when

  • You provide a qualifying written dealership offer.
  • The offer contains enough detail for a meaningful comparison.
  • We agree to take on the negotiation.
  • We determine there's a reasonable opportunity to improve the offer.
  • You provide accurate information.
  • You provide reasonable geographic flexibility — generally, willingness to consider dealerships within approximately 100 miles.

The guarantee does not promise

  • That a dealership accepts our offer.
  • That a vehicle remains available.
  • Financing approval, a specific rate, or a specific trade-in value.
  • A specific final vehicle price.
  • That you purchase a vehicle or accept the negotiated deal.
  • Any specific savings when there is no qualifying written offer.

Two Ways to Use the Service

Bring us an offer, or bring us nothing but the car you want.

Option 1 — I already have an offer

Already Have a Deal? We'll Try to Make It Better.

If you already have a dealership's written offer, send it to us.

We'll analyze the deal and determine whether there is a realistic opportunity to improve it.

If we take on the negotiation, our target is to beat the qualifying written offer by at least $1,000.

If we determine upfront that we cannot realistically do that, we'll tell you and refund your $300.

Option 2 — I don't have an offer yet

Haven't Negotiated Yet? We'll Start From Scratch.

You don't need to spend hours negotiating with dealerships before coming to us.

Tell us what vehicle you're looking for and we'll handle the dealership outreach and negotiation.

We'll compare the market, create competition between dealerships, and pursue the best deal we reasonably can.

The $1,000 benchmark applies only when there's a qualifying written offer to compare against.
