Guarantee Terms

$1,000 Better-Deal Guarantee

The guarantee is subject to eligibility and qualifying terms. Please read this page in full before purchasing the service.

What the guarantee is

If you provide a qualifying written dealership offer, we will review it before proceeding. If we believe we can realistically improve that offer by at least $1,000, we will take on the negotiation. If we determine, before substantive negotiation begins, that we cannot reasonably improve the qualifying written offer by at least $1,000, we will notify you and refund the $300 service fee.

The $1,000 benchmark applies specifically when there is a qualifying written dealership offer to compare against. If you do not have an offer, we will negotiate from scratch and pursue the best deal we reasonably can, but no $1,000 benchmark applies.

The guarantee is applicable when

  • The customer provides a qualifying written dealership offer.
  • The offer contains sufficient information to establish a meaningful comparison (including, at minimum, the specific vehicle and a clear price structure).
  • We agree to take on the negotiation.
  • We determine there is a reasonable opportunity to improve the offer.
  • The customer provides accurate information.
  • The customer provides reasonable geographic flexibility, generally including willingness to consider dealerships within approximately 100 miles of the customer's preferred location.

About geographic flexibility

Our service is built around creating competition between dealerships. If a customer will only consider a single dealership, or an unusually small area, there may not be enough competition to reasonably pursue a materially better deal — and the guarantee may not be available. The customer does not have to buy from the dealership farthest away. The customer simply needs to be genuinely willing to consider qualifying dealerships within the agreed search area.

The guarantee does not guarantee

  • That a dealership accepts our offer
  • That a vehicle remains available
  • Financing approval
  • A specific interest rate
  • A specific trade-in value
  • A specific final vehicle price
  • That the customer purchases a vehicle
  • That the customer qualifies for financing
  • That the customer accepts the negotiated deal
  • Any specific savings when there is no qualifying written offer

What you are paying for

The customer is paying for the negotiation service — not for the purchase of a vehicle. The $300 fee compensates us for our time, expertise, research, dealership communication, and negotiation. The guarantee concerns our ability to meaningfully improve a qualifying written offer — not the customer's decision or ability to complete a vehicle purchase.

Once we have begun substantive negotiation on your behalf, the service has been delivered, regardless of whether you ultimately purchase a vehicle. You remain completely free to accept or reject any deal we negotiate.

Refunds

Where the conditions above are met and we determine upfront that we cannot reasonably beat the qualifying written offer by at least $1,000, the $300 service fee is refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are not available on the basis of a dealership declining our offers, a vehicle becoming unavailable, a financing decision, or a customer's change of mind after negotiation has begun.

Accuracy of information

The guarantee assumes the information you provide — including the written offer, vehicle details, trade-in condition, and financing situation — is accurate and complete. Materially inaccurate or incomplete information voids eligibility.
